Sobha World City New Launch is a premium residential apartment project by Sobha Limited. This project is located in Hoskote, off NH 75, East Bangalore. This project spans over 48 acres of massive land and is being developed into 18 high-rise towers. This project offers a total of 5,406 apartments of 1, 2, 3, & 4 BHK. These apartments are available in several sizes, ranging from 703 sq ft to 2,407 sq ft (super built-up area).

This project has set a price bar starting from Rs. 85 lakhs and goes upwards depending on the size of the apartments. Sobha World City New Launch has announced the completion date for 20 December 2031. This project is currently in pre-launch stage and has applied for RERA approval, which is due in May 2026.
