Prestige Evergreen will open in October 2025 with exquisite residences created by the Prestige Group in Whitefield, Bangalore. This section of Prestige Raintree Park spans more than 21 acres. The site comprises 2000 residences ranging in size from 1 to 3 BHKs. Homes ranging from 650 to 2520 square feet are moderately priced. Prestige Evergreen Bangalore price lists are available on the company's website or on paper at their location. Building will begin in October of 2025. According to RERA, the connection is set to conclude in December 2028.
