Hey everyone,

I’m currently integrating Smartlead into my workflow, but I’m a bit confused about how to properly set up and use webhooks with the Smartlead API.

I’ve gone through the documentation, but it’s still unclear to me:

How exactly should I configure the webhook endpoint to receive real-time updates (e.g., lead status changes, replies, etc.)?

Does Smartlead send events as POST requests with JSON payloads, or is there a specific format I need to handle?

And are there any authentication headers or signature verifications I should be aware of when receiving the data?

If anyone has a working example or best practice setup for handling Smartlead webhooks, I’d really appreciate it.
